We have conducted studies to determine if a location is suitable for purchase or lease (e.g. a new venture in hospitality and or pop-up shop). We can build out qualitative pro forma financials to provide to lenders for initial capital analysis. We can also combine the qualitative method (various soft studies) and the pro forma financials (harder quant) for a solid picture if metrics align with business startup goals.
